Setting up your NetID Password

Guidelines/Instructions for Setting up your NetID Password  The minimum password length should be of 12 characters.  Password string should not contain your first name & last name.  Password should contain at least one English upper case, one lower case, one numerical value and one special character.  Do not set previously used passwords when setting up the new password.    Note  NetID password auto expires after every 90 days. It is recommended you change your password every 90 days.  Please make sure to authenticate your personal email id and Mobile number when prompted by Microsoft Office 365 portal. This will help you to reset/recreate NetID password on your own. (Please refer to the SOPs)      Password change will prompt users at the time of  Official laptop/desktop login (while in Campus)  While connecting to University network  At SNU Links Login  At Office 365 Login        Important    This Net ID & new password will also work for the University ERP login.  You will also use the new password when connecting to Staff Wi-Fi from all your devices when inside the University Campus.    For further details or issues, please write to [email protected]
