Place the document on the feeder/platen and press Copy on the touch screen panel

Press Start button on the printer panel

Place the document to be scanned on feeder/platen and press Scan & Send option on the touch panel

Press Address Book and select your email ID

Press “Start” button on the printer panel

Place the document to be scanned on feeder/platen.

Connect pen drive in the USB port located at the right corner of printer touch panel.

Note: pen drive format should be FAT 32.

Select Access Stored Files from the Main Menu.

Select Memory Media and select your device location for scanned document.

Select Edit File and press Add Files (Scan & Store).

Press Start on Printer panel. And select Start Storing.

Select Red highlighted icon as shown in attached picture to safe removal of pen drive.

Give print command by selecting concern printer from your computer.

Provide any security PIN when prompted.

Select secure print on printer and select your document on job status.

Select secure print.

Enter the PIN provided earlier.

Press OK.
