1:Why I am getting “Invalid URL. Please try again.” error message?
Please check your entered URL. Make sure you are entering correct URL without any spelling mistake. If problem still occurs please
kill the app and restart it again.
2: Why I am not seeing “+ New Request” button?
Check your internet connectivity. Enable/Disable mobile data/Wi-Fi
3: Why I am not seeing QR code?
QR code will appear after the request generation. Please check your request, it should get generated successfully.
4: Why I am getting “Not Approved” message while request approved from parent account? Do not try to switch between the parent and student account with same mobile device. Request will not proceed further.
5: Why details are not fetching via QR code or showing invalid QR code? Please refresh the QR code after every 30 seconds till the process gets completed.

6: Approval given but not shown in student account? If you are using dual sim phone, kindly check on which sim you got message for approval. Please give approval with the registered number only then it will be approved/rejected. 7: Where I can check the details of my ward’s request? You can check step by step detailed information through Coll Poll app. Click on Bell Icon on mobile app > Select Latest Request > Current Status of request will appear.
