Difference between revisions of "How to change your Net ID Password"

1.Go to Office Portal and “Sign in”

2. Enter your NetID followed by “@snu.edu.in”

3. Enter the existing password of your NetID, and click on “Sign in”

4.You will get a prompt to Stay Signed in - Click on “Yes”

5.You will be logged into the Office portal, as shown below:

6. Click on “…” icon as shown below:

7. Click on “Settings” icon as shown below:

8. Click on “Privacy” icon as shown below:

9. Click on “Manage privacy settings” icon as shown below:

10. In the next Window opened, Click on “Change Password” option

11. You will be prompted to verify your identity – select “Text” with your masked mobile number to receive a verification code on your phone.

12. Enter the verification code received on your mobile and click “Verify”.

13. Use the next screen to change your password & click “Submit”.

Your NetID password has now been successfully updated. In case you face any issues, please write to [email protected]
