DIGII (formely CollPoll) is a web and mobile based AI-powered campus automation, digital learning and analytics platform designed to address the rising complexity, competition, and digital compliance of higher education institutions. We are in the process of implementing this system at SNIoE, starting with the launch of the Gate Pass module on 04th Oct 2023. This will make it simpler and smoother for you to move in and out of campus, while ensuring you do so safely.
Please take note of the following points, to avoid any inconvenience to yourself during this transition.
- Do not apply for night out pass on 03rd Oct 2023. In case of emergency, approach your Hostel Warden with parental approval on email. Fast Track will cease to be functional from 10 AM on 03rd October 2023.
- From 10 AM on 03rd October 2023, only the DIGII (formely CollPoll) Gate Pass Module will be used for any kind of out pass and students movement off campus.
- In case of overlapping of dates (For example, if any student has gone on out pass on 1st Oct 23 and is returning after 03rd Oct 23 at 1000hrs), the Wardens will assist manually.
